We recently had a Maeda MC285 CRM(E) at work in Falmouth, Cornwall erecting a block and beam floor in a building being constructed for student accommodation.

Access difficulties to the building were overcome by creating a special access platform out onto the river bed and then tracking the crane on and up to the side of the building.

The concrete floor sections and structural steelwork were easily lifted into place once the crane was set up on the access platform.
